PLATE/P PNEUMATIC UNIVERSAL ASSEMBLY EQUIPMENT
It enables assembly of brake linings together with brake shoes, through use of pressure bands (PB series) and clamps (MP series). It reduces considerably the operation times and keeps constant the production in comparison with the hand operated assembly plate, to eliminate the effort asked to the operator for the tension of pressure bands. |
|
|
ROBOT/A PNEUMATIC AUTOMATIC UNIVERSAL ASSEMBLY EQUIPMENT
The automation allows the disassembling of the jacks coming from the glue tempering oven, with automatic unloading of the baked shoes into special containers; conveyor belts, to convey the finished pieces to a place other than these containers, are available on request. The operator has only to place the jack to be disassembled and the shoes to be assembled on the bench. |

MAEU OVENS STATIC DRYING/VULCANISATION OVEN
The air is introduced in these ovens from the ceiling’s centre by an apposite breather, passes through on the electric armoured resistors positioned on the left and on the right of the paddlewheel fan and it’s sent in the two tunnels obtained in the side faces .At the same time the air is sent also on the oven’s ground. So, in this manner ,all the room and the objects in it contained are regular heated .This cycle is repeated since to the end of the work. |

|
F 72 RE/C INFRARED CURING OVEN DOUBLE BODY
F 72 RE/C oven makes, by conveyor cycle, the adhesive curing for the car brake shoes bonding. The oven is built in metal trestle, having the walls insulated with glass wool, in order to keep the heat, given by the heating elements, inside the oven.Near this oven can be used two PLATE/P or our ROBOT/A |
